Do I need to pay for the gear?

You do not need to pay for the gear.

Keep in mind that there is a deposit for certain items. Delivery is free and you do not need to pay the deposit upfront. The deposit is as follows: 

- Bike bag: 5.250.- ISK

- Car bag: 5.250.- ISK

- Jacket: 3.275.- 

- Rain pants: 2.600.-

- Bike helmet: 2.600.-

How long until I get my gear?

Your gear will be delivered to the nearest Dropp location as soon as possible. So be ready for a text message from them!

You might be contacted in the chat if we are missing details, please keep an eye out in case we need to reach you.

What about returns?

Returns due to duplicate orders are your responsability financially, but all other types of returns are free.

Can I pick up my gear instead of waiting for shipping?

No, unfortunately. You can order your gear online and we will ship it to the nearest Dropp location as soon as possible.
